This means you no longer have to wait to find the right tenant to fill your property before you start receiving rental income. All we require from you is that you have all the valid safety certificates (Gas, electricity and EPC) which are legal requirements for all landlords to have in place before they start letting their property. If you don't currently have these, we can arrange them for no extra cost.
